The money back guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The guarantee only applies to your first pack of Hey Tiger diapers, training pants or wipes purchased online or in store.
- You must provide your proof of purchase to be eligible for the guarantee.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded under the guarantee.
- In order to claim under this guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase, noted on your proof of purchase.
- Each new customer is only eligible for the guarantee one (1) time.
- The guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating to any faults with Hey Tiger products.
- Guarantees and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law and the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the State of California, USA.
- Hey Tiger reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or suspend the guarantee and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
- Final decision on the guarantee eligibility is at the discretion of Hey Tiger.
